Why should I provide a Serial Number?

The serial number of your gadget or computer is a unique identifier. It really helps us identify your gadget when it's received and can speed up processing your order significantly. If you're unsure of where to find your serial number you can try the following:

For phones dial *#06# and the IMEI will appear. This is one of your phone's unique identifiers. The serial number can usually be found underneath the battery or in the settings menu.

For laptops the serial number is usually printed on the bottom of the laptop or underneath the battery.

For games consoles the serial number is usually printed on a sticker on the rear of the console, or, if appliccable, it is visible when you remove the battery.

For most other items, the serial number is printed on a sticker on the underside of the item.

If you really can't find the serial number, don't worry, you can either call us or leave the field blank. Just make sure you leave some identifier in the parcel you send in to us.
